Study Plan

For all educational information, please visit the Sapienza Page of the Courses (current A.Y.):
Students enrolled in previous A.A. programs can refer to the Sapienza Pages of the year of enrollment.
Please note that students who intend to take exams that are not mandatory must necessarily have a Study Plan approved by the Board, in which they opt for such courses.
Submission of the Study Plan

The Study Plan includes the list of exams with the indication of the year in which each course is attended. Starting from the third year, each student is required to submit the Study plan for approval to the Board.

Students enrolled at the 1st year are not required to submit a Study plan for booking and attending the exams.

Students enrolled before the current A.Y., should refer to the proper guides published on the Sapienza Pages.

The submission is open from October 20th to March 20th of each A.Y., using the student’s personal page on INFOSTUD.

Usually, around 15 days are required for the approval of a Study Plan.

Changes to the Study Plan

A new Study Plan can be submitted for each A.Y.. Otherwise, the last approved version is considered to be valid. During the A.Y., changes to the Study Plan are permitted exceptionally, only upon reasonable request to be submitted directly to the Chief of the Board by March 20th.

Please remember that any activity CANNOT be validated without prior approval through its inclusion in the Study Plan.

External activities, which are not explicitly authorized by the Board, cannot be validated as other complementary activities (AAF).

The so-called "other skills for placement" will be given as seminars.
